HPLA Refund / Return Policy

HPLA receives income from two sources: An annual membership fee, currently $20.00 and tax deductible charitable contributions. Neither are refundable. 

Visa / Mastercard Branding

The Visa and Mastercard logos shall be prominently displayed on the HPLA website.

Consumer Data Privacy Policy

HPLA does not, has not, and will not share any personal data of its members with any third party(ies). All member data; e.g. name, address, preferred phone number, and email addresses are archived in HPLA’s private data base. Credit card data of HPLA’s members is safeguarded by Basys, HPLA’s retained credit card processing provider.

Terms and Conditions of HPLA Promotions

HPLA does not undertake promotions of any nature or description.
